Originally from Miami, Jared Burns moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2001. After attending college, Jared decided to see what a life in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado would have to offer. Living in the ski town of Keystone, Colorado he quickly fell in love with the numerous outdoor activities to do in the mountains. Obtaining his 220 Property and Casualty license in the State of Colorado, Jared will be helping the company branch out to a new state and grow.
With all his family and the state of Florida still in his blood, Jared has also obtained a non-residency license here in Florida to be able to further assist clients independently in both states.
In his free time, Jared enjoys all outdoor activities with playing Golf being high on his list but spending time with his family when back home in Florida is what he truly admires most.

Kelsey is a Northeast Florida native having been raised here upon moving in elementary school. Kelsey is a graduate of Florida State University(Go Noles!) where she earned a degree in Early Childhood and Family Sciences. She then took a sales role with ADP, a leading company in the payroll industry, where she helped hundreds of businesses find the right service. Later she found a passion in the staffing industry where she spent three years matching IT professionals to their dream careers.
Kelsey is now in the most rewarding job she’s ever had, a full-time mom! She now works behind the scenes at Locke Insurance Group with client relations and marketing.
Ryan was born and raised right here in Northeast Florida. After attending Darton State College(now Albany State University) on a soccer scholarship, he made is way back to Florida to start his career. He went to work for the largest captive insurance company in the country and joined their agent program with the goal of opening his own office. During his time there he learned that the corporate insurance world was not what he wanted—Ryan wanted to work for the clients, not the insurance company. In 2015 the Locke Insurance Group was founded with one goal in mind: Providing Grade A Customer Service to Every Client. Being able to write with multiple carriers while having the customer’s best interest in mind is how insurance should be. Ryan considers it an honor to be able to serve the community in which he grew up. For Ryan, the start of a policy is just the beginning or a lifelong relationship.
Ryan has a passion for expanding his knowledge to better assist his clients and is currently working on getting his CIC( Certified Insurance Counselor) designation.
Ryan has been married to his wife Kelsey for five years and together have two beautiful daughters, Lilly and Caroline. When not working, he’s spending time with his family at the pool, playgrounds and just enjoying family time. Ryan is also known to be at the soccer field on Sunday playing in adult leagues.
